How to Find Your Wally Payment Invoices

Wally subscriptions are processed by Paddle. Your payment receipts and invoices are provided by Paddle.

Find your invoice in your email

1. Open the receipt email from Paddle.

2. Click the link to view your receipt.

3. Your receipt will open on a Paddle-hosted page.

4. You can download the invoice or receipt as a PDF from there.

Paddle sends receipt emails for purchases and subscription payments.

Can’t find your receipt?

Search your email for Paddle or Wally and check your spam or junk folder.

You can also use Paddle Buyer Support to find your transaction or request a receipt. Paddle’s Buyer Support can also help with subscription and payment-related questions.
